Professor Devience teaches real world material. Instead of focusing on the textbook we looked at actual law cases both in the past and present.
My favorite thing he told us was how to get out of a speeding ticket or a DUI. He taught us how to use the law to our advantage, which explains why lawyers are thought to be crooked.

If you focus and put in the work the class won't be too difficult. Don't be afraid to ask AND answer questions because no matter what answer you give (even if it is the correct one) he'll find a way to prove you wrong. It's what lawyers do.
