    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because he forces you to actually learn. The only thing that I would say negative it the workload. The professor is a really nice guy and gives great advice on his past work in his marketing career.

    Course highlights:

My highlight was learning that personally, i can write a 15 page single-spaced paper. I never thought I was capable of this but it was a great project. I learn a lot of marketing terms that I believe will be important in my field.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Please, so not procrastinate. Taking this course will require you to put in a lot of effort because he gives you three projects over the course of your time with him and his exams are essay questions.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It reaffirmed my decision to pursue my marketing major and career path. Professor Rocco does a wonderful job of presenting real-world scenarios and the application of marketing principles in the field. His passion and enthusiasm allow for an optimal learning environment.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were definitely the opportunities we were given to develop our personal insight on specific product markets. Another highlight that I gained the most insight from was the development of our team marketing plans. It provided a chance to demonstrate what we learned, apply our newly acquired skills, and present them to the class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you read, then APPLY the information in the book and class materials. Also, participation always makes for a improved learning environment, and it is definitely encouraged. It is the perfect opportunity to learn about the marketing field and understanding its pertinence in the business world.
