    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Berele is an eccentric man and many find him to be a difficult teacher to deal with, but he writes everything you'll need to know on the board. So long as you can take down decent notes and know when to ask questions, this is an amazing math course to take.

    Course highlights:

Every Friday there is a lab session with the TA, who is very adept when it comes to explaining mathematics in the way that most people WANT to hear it explained. The TA also teaches helpful methods of solving problem that the actual instructor might not.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It helps a lot if you learn about derivatives in high school. Outside of that, make sure that you copy down plenty of general formulas to solve problems, and you'll be set.
