Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was a pretty easy class. As one of the earlier classes that I took as freshman, it was not too heavy or taxing as far as assignments were concerned and it was a nice balanced to the other class that I took at the time( a business management class).

    Course highlights:

SOCS185 was my 'fun' class...we discussed ourselves, society at large and how we interacted with the people, cultures, values, etc.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be honest in discussion threads; don't 'go along to get along' with others if their viewpoints may differ from yours or seem 'unpopular'. Be assertive but respectful.

    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it helps you learn about different people. This course helps you with being open minded.

    Course highlights:

I learned that as human we are all different. However, we are still the same in some aspects.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Go into this class with an open mind. You have to consider that everyone comes from a different background and it's okay. You can learn from the people around you.
