    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Be advised that every week, you will be required to compile a report of some kind and weeks 3 and 6, those reports are 10 pages or more. If you're not afraid to work in a class, this one will be a good one to take. It offers real world examples and you will not be left wondering if you're wasting your time on something you will never use.

    Course highlights:

The case studies examine real businesses, like Jamba Juice and Starbucks, for example. You will learn about strategies such as: Related Diversification, Achieving Competitive Advantage, Entry Mode, Entrepreneurial Strategy, External Governance Control, Linking Strategic Rewards, Creating Ambidextrous Organization Designs and Leadership.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this class by itself if you can. There's a lot of writing and it can be time consuming especially if you're taking other courses in addition.
