    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was a requirement for my degree, which is business administration with a concentration in human resources management. The course is suppose to be about technology and how it impacts our society and culture. However, it was clear when the class started, that it was simply a class to teach you how to write a research paper. This was good practice if you have never written one, but I feel like the class could have covered different technologies throughout the ages more and their impacts. Instead we focused on one technology of our choosing and wrote a paper on it. Easy A if you follow all the requirements though.

    Course highlights:

As I state above, the class was more about how to write a research paper than anything else. Since I have written many in my past, I didn't really gain any new knowledge, besides on the topic I chose. If you have never written a research paper, it breaks it down in section for you to make it easier, which is nice.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you don't have to take it, don't. Find a course that will give you useful knowledge on a new subject or something that pertains to your major. If you are required to take this course, take it when you first can (after you have 89 credits) because it is a lot of writing. My paper, minus title page, table of contents, and references, was about 24 pages double spaced. I took it in my second to last session and did not have the motivation for it.

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it opens your eyes to our society everyday and you get to choose a technology that is growing rapidly today and research it.

    Course highlights:

Highlight of the course for me was when we gave our group presentations the final night. To see what everyone researched and all of the hard work we put in during the course was awesome.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be patient, there is a group that you are working with but there is an individual portion of the course where you have to do your own research and I would recommend to work in it daily because it is a lengthy research paper.
