    Course Overview:

    This course is wonderful, it will help you to be a better writer and to help others to understand and use the service or product. It also help to build on your communication skill.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course is to learn to write in a clear and concise manner where others can received the information appropriately. I learn about how to write memos, letters to my employers, suppliers, employees etc. how to be a better listener, how to deal with the unexpected situations.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    They are no wrong questions to ask of your professor, read and highlight areas from your text book, do your research online, talk with other classmate and do all of practice from your textbook. This course will help to build on your skills as a writer whether it professional or just for yourselves and many employers looks for someone who have strong writing and communication skills.

    It is vital to every career from how you write letters to instructions and procedures for a machine or product display. It will help in plenty of ways to help your writing to come across more professional.

    Course highlights:

    I gained the knowledge of how to write without bias and to be able to communicate with all people. Whether they are high up in management to suggest a change, or to write employees about implementing a new procedure.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Try to stay ahead in work, so start early. It may take longer than you think it will.
