Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Holding a managerial position in a company (big or small) includes handling several responsibilities. As a manager, it is important that you know the basics of management such as planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. With a better understanding of these skills, people can perform their duties effectively and lead their company towards long-term growth and success.

    Course highlights:

By taking this course, I have learned how to handle interpersonal issues in the workplace. As a manager, solving a problem at its core - instead if focusing on it's symptoms - prevents the problem from occurring again. One should stop, listen, and analyze the issue before taking proper action. Making the wrong decisions at the wrong time may cost the company precious time and money!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Students should pay attention to what is being said in class, they may gain more information from classes than from reading textbooks alone. Students should also take part in group discussions held in class as a way to acquire different perspectives concerning a topic.
