Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I believe that it is essential to learn how to write proper essay and essay format as soon as you start college if not before. In doing so, it will strengthen all of your future essay, reports and even general grammar of your college experience and beyond.

    Course highlights:

In this course we did many book reports and analysis essays on many African American poets from Minnesota out of the book entitled "Blues Vision" are doing an argumentative essay as our final project in our class. I find these to be very informative, the argumentative essay in the most.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to read and be ready to write, and make sure you have an understanding of proper MLA sourcing, it is a prerequisite to being able to complete this class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is a great class for students who love to write or students who want to love to write. The professor does a great job of teaching the writing process as an art as opposed to a science allowing students to learn to write their way.

    Course highlights:

This class requires that multiple essay be written. My favorite essay was an analysis of my own literary experiences. I learned better how to personalize the writing process so that it works for me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this class you need to remember not to procrastinate. If you wait till last minute you will be scrambling to write a paper that is between one to ten pages long. Being present at every class is also very important.

    Advice for students:

Take it!! Its worth it! It is a general course and Beste makes it an easy way to get it over with! I recommend taking it during the summer because it is more lenient and quicker-paced.
