    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The schedule was not extremely demanding and the professor was not a rough grader. Also, the topics for writing assignments were not average or boring. He gives thorough instructions and guidelines for each assignment, making it easier to earning a passing grade.

    Course highlights:

It is very important to proofread your work. Submitting papers to the Cedar Valley tutoring center was a go-to for me. By having someone else read your work, you could be shown errors that you weren't aware of previously. With the pressure to get a passing a score on each paper, you learn to be more attentive to minor mistakes. You are expected to know the basics of punctation, grammar, et cetera so each mistake comes with a penalty.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always keep your syllabus ad due dates handy. Do not be afraid to speak with or email the professor if you have questions about an assignment. Do not wait until the day of to start any assignment. At least look over the requirements so that you can plan your time to fit the workload.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this Course because the professor really breaks down the course, unlike some, and helps you understand the material.

    Course highlights:

Believe it or not but the whole class itself was the highlight ! Entertaining teacher, no pressure on doing many assignments, or headaches studying for exams. This class is definitely one you should take.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

To be success in this course is simply do the work, make sure you always go to the writing center at CVC so they can look over your work. It helps a lot, and sometimes he gives you extra credit for it. It's never hard unless you make it hard. Don't be shy, participate and don't be afraid to ask questions.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

John Rose is incredibly fun and wildly intelligent. He has an open class design- as most of the lectures are based on ideas that the students bounce around off of each other. He is incredibly insightful and I loved his ability to make you question your most grounded beliefs

    Course highlights:

I gained the ability to question everything I believe and discover WHY i believe it

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take It! Its the best class I've ever taken. I became incredibly excited about going to class every day. It was bound to be fun and I learned something new every lecture.
