    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I really like the class because it was very helpful and the way the professor tough it made so much sense and was easy to comprehend it.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about nutrition, by body and how to properly take care of your body.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study all of your chapter notes at least 2 weeks before your test.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course allowed me to figure out where I was in my Physical condition.

    Course highlights:

    This course allowed me to fully excel in all the areas in which I was weak as far as my physical education is concerned.

    Participate and always do your best despite if you are not the fastest one or the strongest.
