    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is an amazing entry course into New Testament studies

    Course highlights:

I learned about the diverse field of new Testament studies, and the interesting field of Jesus studies . We went over every new Testament book and discussed overarching themes of each book and the issues of authorship and external and internal evidence for each book.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the textbook and memorize the key word, key verse, and where each book was written.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it gives you great insight on what the message of the New Testament is. We cannot apply the lessons of the New Testament and the teachings of Jesus Christ to our lives if we do not understand his message.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the amount of interactive study that was offered. There were interactive study guides as well as interactive study material that made it a lot easier to push through all of the material and required readings. It also made me feel like I was really ready for the tests.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to keep up on the readings. If you don't keep up on the readings you will fall behind and catching up would be almost impossible. Each week you have to give an honor statement about what you have read so as you are going through make sure you didn't miss anything and if you did, GO BACK AND READ IT. I would also say to take notes because notes came in handy during tests.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Small is very engaging and willing to answer questions should have about the New Testament. Sometimes though, he will get distracted by a trivial subject and barely have time to finish his lecture.

    Course highlights:

Some of Professor Smals's random topics that he got on were pretty funny. If you don't mind a distraction from the lecture, you'll enjoy him. He's great at answering questions you have about the New Testament too.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

When you study for your exams, focus more on the PowerPoint than the book in studying and be sure to study past quiz questions - they will show up on the test!
