    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it, because it is mandatory for most degrees!

    Course highlights:

I learned the value of having an open mind and understanding conflicting points of view.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely keep up the reading! It is very hard to understand the material without reading the textbook.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is required for most humanities degree plans. I can honestly say it is the most challenging course I have taken to date, but it also extremely informative.

    Course highlights:

The ethics and virtue portion taught me in great detail about where we derive our moral code and how it is applied for the Christian.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Complete all the study guides and terms, read all the material and watch all the presentations. Pay extremely close attention to the test questions and the way they are worded because they can be tricky.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Very insightful and really makes the student question their own arguments and opinions. Helps the student to form better arguments based on questioning and philosophical viewpoints

    Course highlights:

This course is HARD! Be VERY prepared!

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are going to take this course, do not take it in conjunction with a course of equal or more "reading" amounts. This course requires a number of different textbooks, reading materials, etc. The time you spend reading is surprising and takes up a major chunk of your day.
