    Course Overview:

    I have enjoyed learning about the art of teaching music and I really enjoy this professor

    Course highlights:

    I learned that there are different methods or approaches to teaching music. They all have the same goal but come from different plans of action and thought.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure to study with a fellow classmate because sometimes you each remember different details that were discussed in class.

    Course Overview:

    I found this course to be extremely helpful as an Introduction to Graduate level work. I would recommend this class to new Graduate students in this degree program.

    Course highlights:

    In taking this class I was able to grow in my understanding of writing graduate papers, as well as developing a general understanding of the history of music education.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Remain up to date on the readings. I would also suggest asking someone else proof check the papers.
