    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it is so informational and the professor is very energetic. He does tend to ramble, and get behind on the syllabus however he is passionate about the subject. The textbook is a must for this class, it is difficult to pass the class without it.

    Course highlights:

Some of the highlights of this course were seeing some Jewish artifacts that professor Harvey brought into class. I learned so much about prophets in the Old Testament of the Bible. And more about the rich history of the Isrealites.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you read the textbook for this class! Background knowledge about the bible is great in this class, however it will get you a B in the class unless you combine your background knowledge with the information from the professors lecture. When studying, read the textbook carefully as many of the test questions come directly from the text.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches everyone the basic concepts of the old testament in the bible.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the major stories in the old testament throughout this course. I was able to understand everything the professor was talking about which helped me succeed in the tests given in the course. Some highlights of this course, is that the professor was never afraid to give a physical image to explain a story in the bible which was a very helpful technique to use during this class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you study the material given in this course. If you study then passing the class will be a very easy task.
