    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it first because here at Liberty, it's required for everyone, regardless of their major. Most would disregard this course because it's easy, but this course may actually help you get to know yourself better. You don't know yourself as well as you think you do. I don't mean that to sound mean or anything, but it's true. A lot of people don't really think about why they act or think as they do. This course will help you figure that out, and help you to grow into a more emotionally aware and mature individual. Yes, it's easy. The books aren't hard to read at all. It's the application of the concepts that you will learn that can be challenging. That's a good thing.

    Course highlights:

I learned that there's a reason you think and act a certain way, as well as why you may struggle emotionally with some things. I learned about attachment theory, which may prove useful and helpful to me and to others if I should reach my goal of becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I learned a lot about myself that I might not ever have considered had I not taken this course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Really all you need to do for this course is to read the material and go to the psych activities. It's not a hard read, and can be interesting, as are the psych activities.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course, because it is interactive and really causes you to look deep within yourself to recognize things about yourself that you may not have known before.

    Course highlights:

I learned what attachment style I am, what kind of boundary laws I need to work on, and how to have strong relationships in my life.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students considering this course to not just assume that this is a class about marriage and dating. It is about that too, but more importantly is helps you learn more about yourself.
