    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Not too much work, but more than I anticipated. The final paper was fairly difficult, and the prof. was unusually strict. Also, some of the assignments were a little confusing, but overall I enjoyed this class more than most.

    Course highlights:

Learning about organizational behavior is a fascinating subject that impacts almost every area of business and organizations.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

be ready to do some writing, the exams are fairly easy as are the discussion boards.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course studies organizational behavior. I am a new leader in a very complicated organization. Learning my personality type and also associating the styles of my coworkers and subordinates is seeming to help with my understanding and gauging of how to handle conflict, communication, and completion of tasks.

    Course highlights:

I learned my personality type and what this means in an organization setting. I learned what behaviors I exhibit when stressed, when overloaded, etc.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Plan your study time. This is not an easy course.
