Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Very passionate and well informed teacher, but you must study to be successful. I have changed my eating habits bases off the projects and games we played.

    Course highlights:

We did a group project which entailed creating a perfect dietary plan for women 51+. My mother was able to come and speak and share herife experiences which worked well on showing the class what being kind to your body and mind look like at 50.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just read accordingly, and study your study guides she provides before playing jeopardy. If you win you receive extra points on the test.
