    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a wonderful course to take! Not only do you have a small class size, the teacher is so enthusiastic about everything that you want to learn. This class provides much hands-on activity that allows you to immerse yourself in the world of biology.

    Course highlights:

This course offers a stable learning environment surrounded by individuals that share your drive to succeed in the biological sciences. You learn everything from the molecules that make ife possible to what makes an individual, an individual. You get real world application in numerous experiments, which you will conduct multiple times per week.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed, you must have discipline and time management skills. This course requires you to study every day, not just right before an assessment. The teacher's assessments always contain short answer questions that, if not answered in extreme detail, will often be docked points.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I'd recommend this class highly. It's highly informative and Ms. Jacobsen always gets involved to help students. AP exam prep is thorough and common.

    Course highlights:

I gained a complete and thorough understanding of American history in great detail. I learned and retained so much that I'm even able to make jokes about the 18th century Years later.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always study and do the reading. Also do every homework assignment. It may seem like busy work, but it really helped on the AP Exam.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Best Biology teacher I have ever met. Mrs. Martin is so passionate about what she teaches and make you actually care about what you are learning.

    Course highlights:

Plants! I love plants and she is so passionate about the environment and what effects are happening now in real time.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Listen to what she has to say. Her advice for myself in what direction I wanted to pursue in science was so great. She helped me find a way. Talk to her and always ask for help.
