    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    While the world of business continues to change. Entrepreneurs are becoming more mainstream. You will need to know how to market not only your company, but you, your personal self, your brand. You will also need to understand why and how to choose the appropriate marketing mix for your product. Professor Miller, will press and stress that you know the material, that you know how to make a presentation. It's hard, but it will be worth it.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights, main focus that the class know the four "P's" of Marketing. That you understand why you do a market analysis. Why and how to use Advertising. We learned what Internal and External Factors and the Forces that affect them. What is a SWOT analysis? Why is it the first thing you do?

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Prerequisite Business 150, Take the time to really engage in this course. It is a direct tie into Marketing 200. If all you ever choose to do is make knitted scarves in your spare time, the information gained will help you to place your product in areas where it is possible to make sales even while you sleep.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This class was a fun learning experience. Every student did hands on projects which made it a great tool for the real world.

    Course highlights:

    We worked with the same group of people from the beginning to the end and this was helpful because we were able to make our group stronger. Everyone was able to contribute their best asset to the team.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read ahead! This will help you out in a great way. You will be able to get answers to questions that you have or don't understand before coursework is due.
