    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Ms. Green, is very engaging and makes the course work interesting regardless of your stance on evolution, creation and such. I've learned so very much. I've gone on expeditions that turned into an adventure for my son, granddaughter and myself.

    Course highlights:

One of our field trip involved going to an American Native Pow Wow. I found it intriguing and beautiful and it created a need to learn more about their culture and the herb they use for medicine. Particularly in the area of pain relief.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared for an adventure. When I registered for the course I had no real idea of what would be covered, but find it interesting. There is a lot of work required both in and out of class. The field trips are designed to teach you ow to record and gather information much the experts would. You are exposed to ideas and practices of others as well.
