    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is a requirement for all music majors to take, but I would recommend this course to non music majors as well because you learn incredible details about classical music history that you couldn't learn anywhere else.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the section covering Bach. We really see Bach's motives and understand his instrumentation and how/why he composed the way he did.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes and remember what the professor says. She answers the essay prompts in her lecture, so it is really helpful to have those specific notes.
