    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

VERY EASY course!! I'm happy that they paired it with MED-SURG 2. Pay attention to the lectures because that is basically the test. Just read over the points she talks about in the chapter and you will pass. Their is 2 critical thinking assignments for this class, but they are REALLY easy. DO them asap, because time will sneak up on you and you also have projects to do in MED-SURG, as well as clinical hours.

    Course highlights:

I thought that this class was just going to be like Med-SURG but for children. It is different because to the way children get the different disease processes and also how their bodies handle it. Please focus on the difference from children and adults for this class. It is not the same as MED-SURG.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention to the lectures, because she tells you what is going to be on the test. NO need to read prior to class, because it would be a waste of time. She only selects certain parts out of each chapter. Her chapters go almost hand in hand with MED-SURG 2 chapters. (if your are discussing GI in MED-SURG, then you will be discussing GI in PEDS)
