    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    The course was very insightful to me and allowed myself to look further into literature. It helped me to understand the real meaning behind the works.

    Course highlights:

    Before taking this course, I was not able to understand poetry nor did I like it. I have come to love the art of poetry and diving into the meaning of it. I now view poetry as an enjoyment rather than something I have to read and be tested on.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would suggest to not take everything in the readings literal. There are many figurative meanings behind the work and sometimes you need to read the reading a couple of times to fully grasp it. It may be annoying at first but in the end, it pays off.

    The course material is interesting and entertaining. I've enjoyed the short stories and and poems we went over.

    I've learned how to analyze poems and short stories in order to find out the author's purpose for writing them and the meaning behind them.

    Go into the course with a desire for reading entertaining stories and poems.
