    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mary Ann Cook does an amazing job explaining pathophysiology in a way that the information can be easily remembered and recalled. She is very attentive to her students needs and makes pathophysiology exciting.

    Course highlights:

At first it can be overwhelming because it is so in depth, but sticking with the program the highlight would have to be the material. Even though it is in depth, it is worth it! Learning about how systems in the body interacts with another system is difficult but with determination and learning to trust that you know the answer.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the material, record her lectures and review them, and just do the work! It will be time consuming and at times frustrating, but remember to push through all of the difficulties because in the end you need the information. There will be patients that will be counting on your knowledge and it is important to stay confident in yourself and do not second guess yourself!
