    Course Overview:

    This course is highly recommended. It has an endless amount of opportunities. You learn about different cultures, past traditions, and different cooking useful techniques from experienced chefs and teachers.

    Course highlights:

    Some of the amazing highlights from this course are: we learned how different pastries and breads where made in the past without the technology as present day.

    Advice for students:

    Always make sure to double check measurements and production sheets.

    I recommend it because you can learn various recipes, learn something new, gain experience, and gain a better or new skill.

    I learned to keep food safe. I can socialize and communicate better.

    Don't give up because it's hard and stressful. Keep pushing past the doubts and negative thoughts eventually you will get through it.

    I would recommend to those who want to learn how to cook and what various recipes you can make to use at home, and learn the rules to protect the food.
