The class offers great insight into both maintenance of proper nutrition and the role nutrition plays in every aspect of the body and mind.A necessity for everyone college student or not.I took more practical and applyable knowledge from this course than any other class I've taken simply because the information pertains to an active and constant component of life---eating patterns and the human diet.You are always going to eat and while taking the class you will begin to apply the knowledge you're gaining on the true science of diet and nutrition to your eating patterns without even thinking about it.Lots of medical jargon but nothing to severe.Overall an amazing class that provides vital empirically tested data on human nutrition.
The course focuses primarily on the components and principles if a consistent and healthy diet.
