    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches you everything you need to know about hiring people and the laws that are required to follow about hiring employees and protecting their rights. It is important to learn about Human Resource in the business world because Human Resource is the most important part of the business due to involves employees who help keep the business running. Therefore, by taking this course you will learn so much about Human Resource and what the job entails. As an result I was an internship for Human Resource and I loved it. I would love to become an HR employee for a company.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was learning about what Human Resource was all about. Before taking this course I never knew that Human Resource was so important. I loved learning about the different laws that Human Resource has to follow. Also the teacher was amazing. She was once a student at Bryant & Stratton and she will work with you in any way she can. I learned that employers cannot discriminate not only to race, but if someone is pregnant and on their age. They also can not discriminate to anyone who was military. I also learned how to teach the class because the teacher gave us a chance to teach the class on a chapter and that was cool.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give is do their work and keep up with the class. Also most importantly is not miss a class. I know things might come up, but if you are planning on missing the class make sure you contact the teacher because she will work with you. Also to study for the class you will want to make sure you take notes from the chapters you study in the classes. Also make a study guide to what you learn and go through the study guide every night. By following these steps you will succeed.
