Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I feel that this class has helped me to gain a better understanding of how to become and remain a better figure of leadership/management within an organization by way of finance principles and performance tools. I can now take these things learned and apply them to my future career to ensure that I’m providing the best managerial experience to my employees, teaching and training them to be able to teach and train others successfully.

    Course highlights:

The things that I found most interesting was the research for the portfolio project completion. It was challenging because I had to take everything learned and give my thoughts and outlooks on management topics that I’d just reviewed and find credible information to back up what it was I already thought, without quoting word for word.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The only suggestions I have for those entering the course is to be prepared to complete the class by any means necessary. Bryant and Stratton gives you the tools to be successful, however life and unforeseen events may arise you have to use each and every tool to overcome any hurdle to get things done.
