Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This was an online class and it was OMF 1030 With Professor Dante Heredia and the class title was Microsoft Outlook and Office Communication. Before I started the class I knew very little about how to move around in Outlook and what you could do in outlook. As well as with the Office Communication part I had no Idea what went into writing a memo or a professional email, and what is the right way to communicate with your co-workers and this course was more helpful and it was what i needed to update and to learn what I did not know about office communication and Microsoft Outlook.

    Course highlights:

The things that I learned in this class were things i did not know you could do with an email, some things I did know. one was that you can catergorize your emails by color or you can add a tag to it. also I did not know that you can put a screen on incoming mail so that way you know when a certain email has got into your inbox. also how you can choose different ways to save or add a contact to your list of friends or work or junk emails. In the office communication I leaned to be fair but also to lock your computer at your work station, you would not like or want your co-workers to play a nasty joke on you. This could happen when you leave yourself open to misschevious behaviour at the office, or when someone is mad and they think you have stolen their oppertunity to shine.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

It is a course you have to take in Bussiness administration Certificate, I will say this just take it so you can move on with the more rigorous courses you have left to study. It was a lot of information some new, some old and what has changed and what stayed the same.
