    Course Overview:

    This course explores the niche subject of nonverbal communication. While there are several commonalities with interpersonal communication, there is a wide range of areas that nonverbal communication research delves into such as what clothing, tattoos, and environments communicate.

    Course highlights:

    A highlight of this course was the opportunity to study a communications scholar in-depth and present on his/her research and contributions in the field of communications.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    To succeed in this class, take good notes and be sure to know which scholars have contributed to what areas of communication/have established certain theories. This will be important for the exams.
