This class was tough.
For a culinary arts degree, taking al la carte is a real life class to get you ready to work in a real kitchen. I think it's a great way to learn teamwork, and will definitely get any Culinary student ready for a Culinary career.
I learned the actual definition of teamwork, I think it was a tough thing for everyone to come together but by creating a whole menu in under three hours has really shaped me into the person I am for my career.

To make sure you have your mindset in the right place, to make sure that you prepare for the days ahead of you, to also make sure that you are physically ready to move at a faster pace then previous Culinary Arts practices and classes.
