I love this class, you learn how the body works with digestion , healthy ways of cooking, and what we should and shouldn't be eating.
I recently stopped eating pork and beef, so in the beginning of class my protein was low. So learned different vegetables and other meat and seafood I can eat so I could still get my vitamins and minerals that I would have gotten from eating beef and pork.

Make sure you pay attention during lecture, try things you learn in class at home, and complete your assignments on time.
