    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If the class is not flipped, I would advise taking the class.

    Course highlights:

Learned how to study on my own. Also basic concepts of chemistry that I can apply to later classes.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to study with peers and in groups, and take advantage of drop in tutoring.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If the class is not set up as a flipped class, then I would advise taking the class.

    Course highlights:

I have gained some ability to study on my own. I also gain knowledge of core chemistry ideals to apply to other class, but it was harder and less conventional that I had expected.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do a lot of studying with friends and take advantage of drop in tutoring.

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Everyone should have a basic understanding of chemistry. This is applicable in all fields of study and just everyday life. Imagine if you understood the conversions between units of energy before buying that washing machine? You probably wouldn't get ripped off.

    Course highlights:

I loved learning about the world at the subatomic level. I learned about the thermodynamic level of chemistry.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Work hard and never stop studying for this class.
