    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone going towards a health care related career. Usually it is required for nursing students but regardless if it is not required, it is really good to have basic knowledge of the human body.

    Course highlights:

Learning the names of the muscles and the bones and where everything is is definitely a highlight of this course. Because you can truly understand how the body works.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate in this class! Whenever you can review and study. Flashcards with pictures were super helpful for me.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Unfortunately as the professor goes, he not that great. His exams are completely brutal but labs are very east. He gives 10 points just to show up to class which may not seem like a lot but it truly is!

    Course highlights:

As a class we created study groups which helped tremendously! I honestly believe that I learned more about the anatomy and physiology of the human body in those groups than I did in class.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention to the italicized and bold words in the professors power points. Those will definitely be used on the exams. There are only 2 exams the whole semester so make sure to do well on quizzes, labs, and attendance to do well in the class. Even though the book is not necessarily required, make sure you purchase it and READ it!

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

was an awesome teacher. taught the work on every level of learning. cared a lot about the students and did best to help everyone understand the course. came to class everyday ready to teach.

    Course highlights:

because everything was broken down retaining the anatomy and psychology of the body was easy. thing that would usually be difficult like the different parts of the eye was made easy. the best part was when we dissected a cows eye to discover the different parts of the eye.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

if you go to class on time and study the material you will do great. the most important thing is to not fall behind or wait until the test day to study. all the material link together, so if you didn't get the last chapter the the professor know.
