    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I'm taking phlebotomy for healthcare experience to pursue being a Physician Assistant. I highly recommend this class if you're doing the same as me or just looking to add another medical profession on your list. It's been such an amazing journey and I've learned so much from Sue and Sam.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the lab time. We first practiced drawing blood from fake arms and hands. After, we started drawing from each other and it was pretty nerve wrecking at first, but Sue and Sam are guiding you through the whole process. They are very encouraging, and getting hands on experience is what made me see how much I enjoyed doing this.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY!!! Know your order of draw, the departments the tubes go in, and what tests the tubes are associated with. It is so vital to know this information. Also follow proper patient care.
