    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend, it made me want to switch my major. And, I started to despise drawing.

    Course highlights:

I think I gained the ability to overcome the dislike of a technique.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Just power through it, because it will be over before you know it.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Drawing 1 is a great class to take if you want to learn more about different medias and how to use them well. The teacher, Mr. Killam, also, does a good job of informing his students of different types of artwork that is available to explore.

    Course highlights:

The biggest highlight was getting to use charcoal and chalk to create beautiful, moody inspirations.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class with the desire to learn and better your quality of work. Too many students go to class, so they can get the credit, but end up spending time doing nothing. That is a waste of their time, money and talent.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Fairly easy if you do the work, but the professors instructions can often be confusing and unclear, so you may have to ask her to clarify what she's looking for a lot.

    Course highlights:

You start with a lot of still life drawing and get to experiment with all kinds of mediums such as pencil, charcoal, and ink. When you get towards the end of the semester you begin to work on perspective.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you take this, you're going to do a lot of work outside of class, so keep that in consideration.
