    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I believe the professor makes or breaks a class. In this case, Dr. Memory made the class. She used creative and engaging ways to explain the fundamentals of calculus. I loved this class so much that I took Calculus 2 with the same professor.I would highly recommend taking it.

    Course highlights:

In taking this course, I learned much of differentiation and an intro to integrals. We did lots of homework; because of that, I walked away with a very good understanding of the subject. In addition to having homework and tests, we had labs with a graphing system called Maple. Through this experience with Maple, I was able to learn much more about what we ere studying.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I think that students considering this course have to be willing to work hard and study often. If you do not stay on top of all the assignments, you will fall behind quickly. If you feel yourself falling behind, do not give up. Take advantage of the instructors office hours and the free tutoring on campus! You might be surprised at the number of people who want to help you succeed.
