    Course Overview:

    This class is about learning how to interact with your customers whether they be internal or external. Improvement in customer relations is important to your employers and they will take notice of how well you do with it.

    Course highlights:

    I'm still in the course but already I've already learned so much about how to be a good active listener.

    Keep an open mind, and if you have problems with your own social skills take this course, it will really help you.
