    Course Overview:

    This Course is a great way to learn how to deal with certain people and ways to take a conversation in the direction you want it to go. This class is a must have for anyone going into customer service.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to quickly and efficiently deal with customers and how to ease their worries as I helped them with their problem.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Keep up with your reading and assignments falling behind can kill your work in this class and study your vocabulary.
