This course gives you many of the tools you need to pass the CCNA exam.
Before taking this class, I really didn't know the behind the scenes stuff about how an enormous network worked, or was built. There are many pieces of equipment information goes through to get it to where you need to go. Setting it up and connecting it all requires patience, and a thorough knowledge of commands to the routers and switches.

Don't be afraid to ask questions, especially if you are really stuck. There is also plenty of help on the web. Do the work, even a not-so-good grade is better than nothing. 0's hurt more than a failing grade.
