    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course prepares you for the leadership that is required to be a success in the workplace. Many great lessons are included in the modules, and the textbook is easy to follow.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course were the discussions, they allowed the class to actually share real life experiences which helped us all learn and grow together.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Stay focused and make sure you do your research before the paper is due. There are a number of critical question assignments what are really dry and mundane, this was the only tough part of the class if you can get through it.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Taking the leadership course really opens up the broad view of more than being in charge. You learn about what types of followers you may come in contact with and what leadership style best suites their needs.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how many different models of leadership styles there were, how to reward and motivate. I learned how to identify all different types of leaders.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read the book! Not only des it help with the assignments, but you will gain large amounts of knowledge to later use in real life.

    The course highlights included the incorporation of psychological aspects into leadersihp, different leadership techniques and tools.

    Take copious notes and engage in class disscussions.
