Pretty easy, overall.
The course is designed to explore what women usually don't discuss about their health and even their development. I learned so much about myself and not just in the physically aspect, but mentally and socially. This class was extremely hands on!
The professor, Misty Rhodes was excellent, she kept us engaged in the class even though it was 8am. We also wrote a letter to ourselves and burnt it, the class was a lot about self discovery and I wasn't expecting that when going into the class.

When taking this class I would recommend for a person to have open heart and open mind when taking this class. You will learn so much about yourself and your development.
