    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is very informational and will definitely help on the road to taking on the role as a supervisor. It will help in determining what style of leadership is needed in any given situation and provide ways you can handle certain situations as a starting point to you developing and implementing your own.

    Course highlights:

This course taught me the general response most employees have to an authoritarian type leadership as well as to a more relaxed style. It taught me how to implement a mixture of both and when to apply one more than the other. It taught that including employees in decision making can make them feel more valuable to the company and could, in turn, increase productivity and respect in the workplace.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you want to brush up on management skills, or if you want general knowledge to how to become a good supervisor, then this is the best class to take. It gives you a lot of the tools you need to get the ball rolling on a successful management career.
