    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches you about physical activity and you learn many pathogen diseases that are caused by lack of exercise or being active (physically).

    Course highlights:

My highlights were writing a letter to someone dearly of why Physical fitness is important, and I've learned a lot of how a persons body needs rest and recovery.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give is to focus on the slides and try and make sure you pay attention in class and ask questions if needed.
