Not too easy. Not too difficult.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Professor Rivera once upon a time was not good at math so he understands the struggles students go through and helps with his teaching style.

    Course highlights:

Learning more in depth the math we thought was very simple.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Office Hours and taking good notes are important

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Baggot takes her time with each individual student in her class. She truly wants every student to succeed in her class since she know people struggle with math classes. Baggot provides opportunities for every classmate to go to her office and speak to her if the student is having any problems with the lesson being taught.

    Course highlights:

I have taken many math courses over the years, throughout high school and college, and this was the first time where I understood what I was putting on paper. I learned a lot about the basics, for example, fractions. Surprisingly! A lot of students struggle with that. The main highlight in that class was knowing that everyday I am learning something new. She cares for her students and she shows it every time I entered her classroom.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

When taking this course, I suggest you follow every direction she gives you. Professor Baggot made a map on how her students should get A+ in the class. For example, the professor makes you read the book and take notes on definitions, later you will be tested on these definitions.
