    I would recommend it because it is a good course with a great professor.

    Course highlights:

    I can't really remember.But any course with professor butler is a great learning experience.

    Course Overview:

    Journalism uses many different platforms. Because we live in the age of technology, we are forced to learn how to use it. Also, with the upcoming generation being one of the largest ever recorded, we need to find new and interesting ways to keep them intrigued, along with appealing to the previous generations. The JAC 200 course really goes into dept on how to use media as a means to incorporate entertainment and information on a single platform. Here you will learn how to use various technology aids such as Photoshop, InDesign, and also learn how to exercise your own creative talents.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course includes building your own business card, designing your own magazine cover and spread, and building your resume. All of these projects are urge to aid you in your future career in the JOurnalism world. Companies look for new recruits who have experience in various fields. That way opportunities to work in more than one field is applicable. This course allows for all of these things to be possible.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    To students considering this course, I advise you to clear your mind of the compressed box. Think outside the normal world, and begin to expand on your creativity. This class is all about testing the limits of your own mind; and challenging, yet strengthening your skills.
