    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course, because we do business on a day to day basis throughout our lives. We need to be able to understand how business ethics work behind the scenes, as well as the legality of the matter in case we encounter issues as consumers or owners.

    Course highlights:

Businesses can be formed as corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), partnerships, and other entities. Most of these business forms can be further customized to meet the needs of the company. Examples include corporations formed as “S-corps” in order to achieve tax savings, and partnerships formed as “limited partnerships” to allow some owners to participate as investors only.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students to pay close attention to the discussion boards, because the Professor will put remarks to assist in the weekly assignments. Also divide the reading into days; there is a lot of reading in this class.
