    Course Overview:

    PA 310 Tort Law Provides the fundamentals of Tort Law. After this course, students should be able to Identify tortuous offenses and know how to file a complaint properly. This course explains the terms used in Tort Law, who is exempt and why.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of Tort Law was learning the purpose of torts and what it means to be made whole. I learned the difference between civil and criminal law and the terms associated with both. I also learned the different court documents filed in tort claims and the amount of time the parties have to respond.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    This Course is not very easy but it will not be unmanageable if you keep up with assignments and do not fall behind. Set aside regular time for studying and assignments and participate in discussion boards. Discussion boards and seminars are great sources for understanding the concepts of the course.
