Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I wish I was able to read through the entire e-book provided to other people whom I know because it is not specified for just one group of people such as the ill or angry. It talks about how to touch your inner soul and explains the importance of respecting and thanking your body for a healthier tomorrow.

    Course highlights:

I have learned different exercises that can be used to practice efficient happiness and anger management. The readings besides the e-book share stories on how people with illness' have cured themselves on things such as cancer, and syphilis.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Actually practice most of the exercises and try to bring each chapter to real life and think of somebody you can connect with the topics. Refer to the text books before bed and carry with you so you have the opportunity to fully read them during the class because they will change your outlook on many things. I am taking this along with microbio and it sometimes even helps me with that class.
